We accept sample orders from 1 unit (air freight or LCL). For a full container shipment there is no strict MOQ on unbranded models — one 40HQ holds 85–241 units depending on the model, and you can mix models in a single container.

For OEM branding the MOQ is 50 units per model for logo plates and decals, 100 units per model for custom colours or packaging.

Our standard terms are 30% T/T deposit, 70% balance against copy of bill of lading. For established repeat buyers we can discuss more flexible arrangements. We also accept L/C at sight for larger orders.

25–45 days after receipt of deposit, depending on model and quantity. Sample orders ship in 7–15 days. Peak season (before Chinese New Year) can add 1–2 weeks, so plan early.

Yes, and we recommend it. We can ship 1–5 units by air freight or LCL so you can inspect build quality, finish and performance before committing to volume. Sample cost is refundable against your first container order in many cases — ask us.

Every model is quoted individually — FOB price depends on the model, battery configuration (lead-acid or lithium), order quantity and destination port. Battery and charger are quoted separately — see our battery price page.

Lead-acid is cheaper up front, lasts 1.5–2 years and suits price-driven markets. Lithium LiFePO₄ costs roughly twice as much but lasts 4–6 years, is 40–60% lighter and carries a 3-year warranty. We ship worldwide, with particular experience in West and East Africa, North Africa, the Middle East, South and Southeast Asia, and Latin America. We work FOB, CIF and DDP — on selected lanes we can quote a landed, duty-paid price.

Yes. Batteries, chargers, controllers, motors, tires, brake assemblies and body panels are all available. We recommend shipping a spare-parts kit with each container — typically batteries at around 5% of unit count plus common wear items. Ask us to build a kit into your quotation.

Lead-acid batteries carry a 1-year warranty and lithium LiFePO₄ packs a 3-year warranty. Frame and motor defects are covered for 1 year. Warranty is settled by replacement parts shipped with your next order.

Requirements vary widely. Some markets require homologation or type approval for electric two-wheelers, and battery transport rules apply to lithium. Tell us your destination country early and we will flag what is needed and prepare the documents — commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, certificate of origin and test reports.

Absolutely — we welcome factory visits and you are also welcome to send a third-party inspection agent. We are in Donggu Industrial Zone, Hegumiao Town, Pingxiang County, Xingtai City, Hebei Province. Please contact us in advance so we can prepare the models you want to see.
